Is there a consultation fee?
No, we do not charge for our consultations; they are 100% complimentary. Whether you want to book a treatment or simply a dedicated standalone consultation to discuss your goals and treatment options, every appointment includes a complimentary consultation.
Do you accept walk-in appointments?
Carter Clinic operates by an appointment only system to ensure a personalized patient experience and dedicated treatment time. However, if you would like to book an appointment time that is not available in our online booking system, feel free to reach out via phone or email, and we will always try our best to accommodate your schedule.
Will I still look natural?
Absolutely! At Carter Clinic, we focus on refined, balanced, and natural-looking results designed to enhance your features without appearing overdone.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments that are missed, cancelled, or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Thank you for respecting our time and scheduling policies.
Where is Carter Clinic located?
We are located in midtown at 20 Eglinton Ave E, 2nd Floor, Unit 134, Toronto, ON M4P 1A9.
The Clinic is a one minute walk from both the Yonge-Eglinton TTC Station, and from underground parking at 40 Eglinton Ave E.

Can I bring child, pet, or a guest?
For health and safety reasons, children and pets are not permitted in our treatment rooms. However, one adult guest aged 18+ is welcome to attend your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
