FAQ
Is this the same as Botox? Botox® is one brand of neuromodulator. We carry several and choose the right one with you at your consultation.
How long does it last? Typically 3–4 months, depending on the area, your metabolism and muscle strength.
Will I still look like me? We favour conservative dosing and build gradually, so you keep natural expression. We'll talk through what's realistic for your anatomy at your consultation.
Is there downtime? Very little. Most people return to their day right after, though small injection marks may show briefly.
Can it help with jaw clenching? Masseter treatment is available for clenching and jawline contour, planned around your goals at your consultation.
What is a Nefertiti lift? A neuromodulator technique that relaxes the muscles that pull the lower face and neck downward. It focuses on the platysma along the jawline and neck, and is often combined with treatment at the corners of the mouth (DAO) and chin (mentalis). Masseter treatment can be added in the same visit for jawline contour. Your plan is built around your anatomy and goals at your consultation.
